• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or profit from using the Service.
• Historical performance and model accuracy statistics are presented for transparency only and are not predictive of future results.
• Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. No analytical tool can eliminate risk.

User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any decisions, financial or otherwise, that you make based on information from the Service.
• You must comply with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations — including those governing sports betting, gambling, and online services — in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce proprietary data, models, or content from the Service.

Age Requirement

News excerpts and third-party content displayed on the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely for informational purposes with attribution and links to original sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VetThisBet and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In no event shall VetThisBet's total liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim, or USD $50.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VetThisBet operates.
